Registration Basics

The annual ice show is a showcase of all the wonderful progress our skaters have made throughout the course of the season. Any skater who is a KMFSC member or has taken at least one LTS session with KMFSC during the season is eligible to participate in the ice show.
Registration is open now with "early bird" pricing. Fees increase after December 1, 2025. Registration closes on January 4, 2026.

Group Number - $155

All skaters who sign up for the ice show will be in a group based on their last level passed - LTS or Skating Skills - as of January 15.
Group numbers are choreographed by the skating coaches. The group number ice show fee covers ice time for practices, coaching fees, and group number costume.
Closer / Finale: All skaters in the ice show will also be in the finale or closing number.

Opener - $25

Basic and full members are invited to join the opening number. Participation in the Opener is optional but is restricted to members only.
The fee covers ice time, coach fees, and a tee shirt worn for the number. Participants will supply their own black pants.

Small Group/Duet - $30/skater

Skaters who wish to skate in a small group or duet must meet the requirements by the close of registration.
The skaters must supply their own costume & music & retain their own coach.
Small group/duet slots are limited.
Small Group/Duet registrations will be approved on a first come first served basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be part of a group number
- For a Duet - Skaters must have passed LTS Freeskate 3, plus passed 1 USFS test.
- For a Small Group - Skaters must have passed LTS Pre-freeskate

Specialty - $100

Skaters may choose to be in a specialty number.
Skater may be in a specialty number OR small group - not both.
The fee includes the practice time, coach fees, and a costume.
A minimum of 4 skaters is required for each specialty number.
Low Specialty - skaters in Basic and Freeskate levels who have not tested
High Specialty - skater must have tested out of LTS or passed a USFS test
Ice show directors will place skaters in the appropriate specialty group based on ability.

Payment Options

Pay in Full: Full payment for all number(s) made through Dash at the time of registration.
Payment Plan: Make a down payment when registering through Dash. Remaining balance(s) is divided into equal monthly payments. Monthly payments are automatically withdrawn from the payment method on file with your registration.

Additional Requirements

Volunteering: All families with a skater in the ice show are required to volunteer to help with set up or tear down AND during one show performance. This volunteer requirement is in addition to the volunteer requirement for KMFSC members.
Raffle: All ice show participants are required to donate a basket with a value of at least $30 for the raffle. Or, you may "buy out" of the raffle basket for $50.
